NYC’s top construction permits: Week ending June 12, 2026

The largest new building application filed last week was in Brooklyn. The Gotham Organization plans to construct a 533,487-square-foot, three-building mixed-use development at 12040 Flatlands Avenue, 395 Louisiana Avenue and 12030 Flatlands Avenue in East New York. The buildings will stand between 12 and 14 stories tall and have a combined 599 housing units. Gloria Glas is the architect behind the project.
