We have implemented a variety of cleaning guidelines, touchless technology and wellness programming to ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of our residents.
Standards of Care
Gotham maintains strict standards of cleaning and safety and we are continually evaluating ways to enhance these practices. All high touch areas such as amenities, doors, door handles, elevator panels, front desk area, mailrooms and more are disinfected regularly and hand sanitizing stations are available at high touch locations. Our efforts are grounded in delivering exceptional care and experience for our residents and this is no different.

Move In/Out GuidelinesMovers are provided with specific standards and procedures they must follow. After each move, our team disinfects elevators, door handles, rails, and any other areas the movers came in contact with. Virtual move-ins/move-outs are available upon request. |
Service RequestsOur building technicians wear booties, gloves, and face masks for all service requests. Virtual service requests available upon request. |
Hand Sanitizing StationsHands-free sanitizing stations and disinfecting wipes are available for residents and guests in our common areas and amenity spaces. |
