We are committed to the highest standards of building health and wellness and recognize that this is why residents choose Gotham. We go the distance and any visit to a Gotham Properties building will show the standard to which we hold ourselves. We have implemented a variety of cleaning guidelines, touchless technology and wellness programming to ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of our residents.

Standards of Care

Gotham maintains strict standards of cleaning and safety and we are continually evaluating ways to enhance these practices. All high touch areas such as amenities, doors, door handles, elevator panels, front desk area, mailrooms and more are disinfected regularly and hand sanitizing stations are available at high touch locations. Our efforts are grounded in delivering exceptional care and experience for our residents and this is no different.

Keeping Our Residents Safe

Additional cleaning We disinfect all high-touch areas such as common areas, amenities doors, door handles, elevator panels, front desk area, and more.	Additional Staff Additional cleaning staff has joined Gotham Properties and an adjusted cleaning schedule has been implemented to increase the cleaning of our amenity spaces and fitness centers.	Move In/Out Guidelines Movers are provided with specific standards and procedures they must follow. After each move, our team disinfects elevators, door handles, rails, and any other areas the movers came in contact with. Virtual move-ins/move-outs are available upon request.

Service Requests Our building technicians wear booties, gloves, and face masks for all service requests. Virtual service requests available upon request.	Hand Sanitizing Stations Hands-free sanitizing stations and disinfecting wipes are available for residents and guests in our common areas and amenity spaces.
